Shipping policy

Our products are mainly made on order. Since your order is placed, we may need up to 14 working days (depending on the item; amount of orders) to produce your custom piece.

After your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email containing the guesstimate of days within your item will be ready to be shipped.

In case of make-to-stock products, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
